In Effortless Meditation, there's no need to force anything, focus intensely, or aim for a "perfect" session. You're free to let everything happen naturally, without pressure to quiet your mind or push away your thoughts.

Our meditation course is designed to empower you to meditate successfully on your own. Anywhere, anytime.

 

We'll explore how meditation influences your nervous system, delve into the inner workings of your brain, and dispel the myth that meditation is difficult or hard. You'll personally experience the soothing, stress-reducing benefits of a consistent meditation practice, and we believe it will profoundly impact your life. During the course, we'll work together to select a mantra that resonates with you, enhancing your meditation experience and facilitating inner reflection.

 

By the end of this course, you will have established your own 'self-directed' practice. Because of this, you will sleep better, feel more in control of your emotions, feel physically healthier, be less reactive, and have better relationships with the people around you.

 

This course is perfect if you are new to meditation or wish to learn how to meditate without a facilitator or an app. It is easy to do, it is enjoyable and very effective. This course requires no previous experience or meditation knowledge.
